After climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb. ~ Nelson Mandela

So here it is the beginning of another week...I think time was always fast but I have just started to notice it speeding up again...a week goes by like the blink of an eye...So now I think though, maybe time doesn't go faster as you get older but we begin to realize its speed as we slow down to take a look, then it seems faster...
"Each day, ponder and value time...it is life's most valuable asset..treat it as your greatest possession each and everyday..." ( by Camilla Vitale )

So for this week I'm choosing Nelson Mandela for the daily quotes. Absolutely one of our greatest masters to be inspired by and to learn from how he lived and used the time in his life.....
Nelson Mandela was born in Africa on July 18, 1918, in Mveso, a little village in the hills of the Transkei.

AN AFRICAN LEGEND

It was one of the great theatrical and emotional moments of contemporary history. At 4:14 pm, on the afternoon of February 11 1990, Nelson Mandela walked away from the Victor Verster detention centre, outside Cape Town, South Africa. The world’s best-known political prisoner was a free man at last, after 27 years in captivity.

He was a man who had the courage to do something about a problem. He was the type of man who was willing to go out of his way and make sacrifices in order to help out his fellow people. He wanted to be allowed to be who he was and he was willing, unlike some, to stand up for that. He lived during a time of segregation and discrimination and fought for equal rights for the black man.

So I dedicate this week to the heroic mission of Nelson Mandela posting his quotes.
